Chillin' the Most Charters

Our Story

We are a husband and wife team that has lived in the Rio Grande Valley since 2009. We fell in love with the weather, wildlife, and natural beauty of the Valley, so we decided to make it our permanent home. Chris is an adventurous outdoorsman who loves fishing, hunting, and exploring. Jessica loves relaxing outdoors, wildlife, and the serenity of being on the water, but also enjoys creature comforts like cushioned seats, readily available snacks, and private bathrooms. While we both love the outdoors, we found there were not many existing charter companies that provided us the opportunity to enjoy them together. This led us to create Chillin’ the Most Charters so we could provide couples, families, and small groups the chance to relax together without compromising on the things they enjoy individually.

Our Passion

We want to provide you with the chance to Chill the Most in whatever way speaks to your soul! Whether you want to fish, sunbathe, enjoy a great book with a cold beverage, learn about the amazing animals and eco-system of the Lower Laguna Madre, sight-see, or simply float around the bay we can provide the experience you’re looking for on a comfortable, private, luxury charter.

Our Boat

Chris is the captain of our 23-foot salt water pontoon custom-built by Beach Cat. It has a fiberglass catamaran-style hull, a power pole anchor, a built-in live well, and several rod holders, so it allows for great shallow water fishing, while still providing a smooth, dry ride. It also features a full restroom, cushioned fabric seats, a large T-top for plenty of shade, a wet bar, a grill, and built-in coolers to provide unparalleled creature comforts on the water. Our boat is wheelchair accessible, with wider-than-standard doors, and a ramp for wheelchair access.
